At Cloughjordan Community Farm, we embrace agroecological practices that prioritize the health of the soil, the environment, and our community. Seed saving is a cornerstone of our work, preserving traditional and resilient varieties that are well-suited to our local environment while supporting seed sovereignty for future generations.

Members actively participate in the farm’s activities, from planting and harvesting to learning about sustainable farming methods through workshops and events. This hands-on approach connects people to the food they eat and fosters a sense of collective responsibility for the land. Through the Community-Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, we ensure that the benefits of our work are shared equitably, providing fresh, organic produce while offering a sustainable livelihood for those involved in its production.
