Our garden is laid out according to permaculture guidelines with the aim of optimally supporting and utilising the natural cycles to grow vegetables and berries to provide for up to 50 families. We are part of a farm that has a total of over 25 hectares of land and is home to grazing cattle, arable farming and our own composting facility
